realreynolds asked: My fiance is considering becoming licensed to sell real estate. I am a first year law student. I have learned a little about real estate transactions and how they work. I understand the roles of both the broker and the attorney, but I’m wondering if my husband-to-be and I will be able to use our skills together to start our own business. Will I have to have a separate practice, or can the real estate lawyer be a part of the broker’s company?

I guess I should have clarified: I’m a renter, so I have no clue what’s going on with this house.

If so, that would be major commision on a $40 million building and that would be a better route i would love to take.

What it necessarily the real estate closest to the mall, or the nicer neighborhoods closest to the mall? Would a real estate investment like this be a sound investment if it were to happen again?

wes asked: My house is in foreclosure, with a sale date pending. The lender (Countrywide) mistakenly cancelled my repayment plan. We are trying to clear the mess up, but in the meantime the sale date is looming. Is there any way to make them postpone the sale date? Is there something I can file with the court?
