pingkitoe asked: Since a correctional officer is hired by the State, he/she is expected to carry him/herself in a dignified manner and maintain good standing in his/her community, etc., etc., etc…
Hypothetically speaking, if someone was just hired by the Department of Corrections and was attending the academy, and this person was to default on their mortgage, could this result in termination? What if it lead to a foreclosure? Would a foreclosure on his/her record lead to termination?

Frank asked: I want to work in commercial real estate. I am working in Hotel Management at the moment, but think commercial real estate is interesting. Im young enough where a career change is not out of the question. What types of things do employers look for? Is there a high demand for people in commercial real estate?

buad0118 asked: I am going to bid on a house at foreclosure and it has a 1st mortgage of $280K and a second of $70K. The lender on the first two mortgages is Decision One Mortgage. The lender at foreclosure is Countrywide. Does this mean that if I buy this house at foreclosure that I will own additional money to the second mortgage or just the first mortgage and back taxes?

BlackDahlia asked: Can most real estate agents help their clients with foreclosed properties, or do they usually just stick to listings with home owners? We’re looking into buying, but are on a limited budget, and want to look more closely into foreclosures. Thanks.
