We`re moving soon to Las Vegas and heard about foreclosure homes. I checked and there are so many out there, which one is a good one and I can trust? Thanks a lot!

You need to start working with a full service Realtor to represent you as a buyer. Knowing what’s really available on the market is what we do for a living. And we do it for you. The vast majority of “good deals” are availalable in the MLS – that’s how homes are sold, afterall. Don’t limit youself to foreclosures (most of those ads are nothing more than lead generators) – good deals are found in a wide range of classes – how about homes that are near foreclosure, for instance. Your Realtor will know. Buying a depressed property can be quite comlex. You need a professional. Yes, trust is key. Find a professional to put your trust in. Concentrate, and communicate to your Realtor, your home needs and wants, regardless of the source of the home listing. Good luck in Vegas, but for a home, I’d advise not relying on luck. Search and find some professional representation. In this market you need it more than ever.

All real estate companies deal with foreclosed homes however you may want to reconsider. In the Vegas valley there certainly alot of these homes available but you may want to check with some of the new home builders as the incentives are GREAT like closing costs now that is really one to consider. Drop an e-mail let me know what your looking for and the price range you want to be in. I am a licensed agent and would love to help you.
