Can anyone tell me anything about nouveau riche real estate investing school?

one of my best friends goes to Nouveau Riche seminars all the time, and she loves it, she is a real estate investor herself and speaks soooo highly of them..i have no used them personally but I will say that my friend wouldnt waste her time if they werent the best… here is the web site of who my friend works directly with, you should contact her and get some more information…good luck

They are a joke. They are a pyramid scheme at the core and that is all they care about. They care very little about your success as an investor, what they really want is for you to recruit fresh meat to pay to attend their “university”. They get half and you get half and then a percentage of the people you get and so on and so on.
Don’t be fooled by the click a mouse, buy a house nonsense. They teach you nothing you cannot learn in a book or online or from experience. They only care about the people at the top of the pyramid making money. When you hear people raving about it, those are the people that started at the top and see you as a juicy steak.
Stay away! Trust me!

the guy who answered before is completely inaccurate. i have been involved with the company for almost six months. the courses are incredible, not even comparable to other online or live college classes. as for the sales aspect-it is not required of you to sell the courses. some people do, some don’t. it is not a pyramid scheme-at all. if you decide to market the product – your first four commissions go to whoever signed you up (and they help you through the certification process) after that, you get 100% of the commissions from then on. no money ever goes to that person again (or anybody else for that matter). anyways, the marketing is a good deal, and people do make good money doing it, but if you’re going to get involved you should do it for the education, not just to make some quick money marketing. the people who try to do that ultimately fail and usually quit within a couple of months. the people making the most money marketing are people who have used the product and had success from the education. anyways, hope this helps, and if you have any other questions, feel free to e-mail me. good luck! -Morgan
