I want to get my real estate licenses, but I don’t have time to go to school. I would rather work for a company that will train me. If not, how do I go about getting my licenses in the least amount of time as possible?

I’m a second-year college student majoring in finance and I am interested in learning about real estate development, but I don’t know where to start. I don’t really know much about it so I need to go somewhere that can teach me the basics.

Does anybody have any suggestions for a summer job/internship?

Someone suggested that I should try to work for a city in the community development office.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I’m planning on going to college (don’t know what career I’m going for) but I’m wondering if real estate is a good career to get into, if it is a financially stable career, and how hard it is to get into it.

I have excellent clerical skills and some retail management mixed in. I have 5 years experience in real estate but am desperately seeking a structured work environment (housing crash is hurting alot of us). I have explored 3rd party relocation companies and do not want to work in the apartment industry. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all. The question says it all. I never had an interview in a real estate agency before. Could anyone give me advice on how to go about in interviews conducted by real estate agencies?

I am looking into changing careers and do have an interest in real estate. Does anyone do this for a living or know if real estate agents get paid a salary at all or if everything is solely based on commissions from selling a house.

Thank you!
