I am just starting to invest in real estate foreclosures in Maryland and I need some hard money investors to put up some cash. Does anyone know how I can find investors.

I live in Scottsdale Arizona and I applied for a job as a property manager at a property management company. They called me back and told me they would hire me but I need to get a real estate license. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get one, how long it takes and how much it cost. And if you already got yours where did you go did you like the school did you find it easy. Thank you.

Does a new real estate agent in California have to work for a broker for two years before going out on their own. Can the new agent work freelance?

I want to be able to access mlslistings, and be able to view the inside of the houses listed there w/o calling up a real estate agent. What do I need to do? If I become a real estate agent, can I register somewhere to access the full mlslistings? And am I legally allowed to go inside the houses listed there? Or do I need to be hired by a real estate company/broker, and work there full time first? Thanks.

What is the most lucrative side of real estate and why? I have heard being the employer broker is the most lucrative for residential real estate but is commercial more lucrative then an employer broker for residential sales( if true)? If commercial is more lucrative what part specifically? Is high end residential more lucrative then “average” commercial position?

Please feel free to point other options then the aforementioned and why.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

I’m a licensed California real estate broker. I know about the licensing, the MLS and the associations I must join to hang my own shingle. What are the steps that I don’t understand?

I have been seeing allot of John Beck infomercials lately on, how to buy real estate “free and clear” through tax lien certificates. It has caught my attention. How easy is it to buy real estate this way? There is obvously a catch, otherwise everyone would be doing it.

I am a college student and need to interview a real estate agent for a class. If anyone could please answer these questions in detail I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks

How long have you been involved in the real estate field?

What types of property do you sell?

How many properties do you sell a year?

What is the most awarding part of the job?

What is the most difficult part of the job?

What was one of your most difficult closings and why?

Have you encountered any unethical real estate agent, buyer, or seller? What was the situation? What was the final outcome?

What advise would you give someone who may be contemplating entering the field?

I cant seem to decide between all the real estate companies. Is there one that somebody would recommend? Shorewest, Century 21, First Weber, etc. ?

Thank you.

I’m looking to start a career in real estate, but I’m not sure where I should start. My main interests are buying and selling houses/condo’s and fixing them up/decorating. I love looking at houses and seeing the potential in them and making them comfortable and liveable. So where should I start? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
