President Bush, in my opinion, wasn&#039;t clear enough -- maybe because he didn&#039;t want to scare people when they really need to be scared.</description>

		<description>The $700 Billion Bail Out is an unnecessary act, the financial analog of the patriot act.  Further, like then, they’re putting forth a false dichotomy.  There are other solutions.

Deregulation is directly responsible for this crisis.  Giving $700 Billion to the same miscreants who got us into this mess and managed by the same administration that gave billions to Oil, wrote a “no negotiation” clause in Medicare Part D is an absolutely crummy idea.  

And, Holy Smokes, look at the language in the proposed act:

“ Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.”

That just won’t do!</description>
