I have been in sales for 5 years and am curious how to switch to becoming a real estate agent? How long does it take before you start to earn money? All commission based? Weekends involved? What is the best agency to work for?

Well it depends on the state for which you live. I know in Missouri you must take a 60 hour course. Then you can take your state realtor’s license.

You should contact the Real Estate Commission in the state that you plan to do business in. We have a list of RECs by state at our site.
