this is a question you should be asking a professional in that field..not yahoo answers..you’ll end up getting little 14 yr old middle schoolers giving you very mature answers =/

I am a real estate investor, and how I got started is that I started reading books on real estate and I go to a investors club meeting every month so that I can keep up with the market and meet like minded people and other real estate investors. Google real estate investors to see if they have local meeting in your city.

my mom bought a house based on the flowers planted out front —not once but twice.
The house was crap, had a million problems, but she really liked those bushes out front.
I reccommend good landscaping when you bring potential buyers by……
first impressions sometimes carry alot of weight.
The first house had an ancient magnolia tree out front………
sold! Didn’t even LOOK inside…….it mattered not to her.
Of course…….perhaps not the BEST way to buy a house………but she was happy with her choices.
