You will need to come up with the money from somewhere ie friends or family. You could ask the seller to finance you and as long as your cash flow covers your costs and puts some money in your pocket you could make it work. I think these deals will be hard to find and at some point you will need to establish enough credit to get a bank or other mortgage lender to finance your purchases. You could start by renting out a spare bedroom in your current living space if you own a home or your rental agreement allows it.
