Real estate licenses are not all that expensive to get. If you don’t want to go that route, get agressive and start calling up realtors and seeing if they have any work for you. It wouldn’t be the most interesting work that you could do, but you will get a better idea of the markets and the way real estate works.

I’d find a realtor and talk to them about how to get into the business. They might even help you out a little if you seem truly interested.

Go to a company that you’d be interasted in working for. Explain your situation to them and see when/where you can go get your license. And if your interasted talk to them about working in their reantal department untill you get your license because you don’t need a license for that and it will show you’re serious about wanting to work in real estate! Well, from my experience of real estate agents…. you need a nylon shirt, bad haircut, and a cheap suit. Learn to lie a lot, cancel appointments at a minute’s notice, and charge sh i t loads of money for doing very little. Course, that’s just MY opinion. I expect there’s lots of nice real estate agents out there, and I just had a bad experience…..
