		<description>That is two different questions, which is the best office to sign up to get your license and training and then which is the best to work for.  They don&#039;t have to be the same.   And the only way you are going to find out is by looking at want ads and calling the offices and asking.  If you aren&#039;t licensed then just focus on the first part and don&#039;t worry about commission splits etc, you can always switch offices as soon as you are licensed and trained.</description>
